At Vinyl Wrapping, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-gloss apparel and statement pieces. If your order doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the vinyl finish remains protected during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
